I received a damaged pair of contact lense. One lens had a rip in it so I contacted the company suggesting it was faulty, I have now sent 3 follow ups via email and through the contact us on their website and the company has not responded to me!! However they sent me an email for my review. I want a full refund or an exchange for non faulty contact lenses!
