When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we verify your order, process, then we ship.

Once we receive your order, verification of your prescription takes 1-2 days before your order is processed and shipped. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!

When will I get my order?

After prescription verification, orders are processed the next business day.

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days ($5.95)
Express Shipping: 2 business days ($10.95)

All our US orders are shipped from the US.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via letschat@dimplecolor.com . We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

You have 60 minutes after placing your order to edit your details either through the link in your order confirmation email or through your account. If you have surpassed the 60 minute editing time limit, please email letschat@dimplecolor.com as soon as possible.
