Here’s how it works:You order, we verify your order, process, and then we ship. All orders are packed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Processing time may be longer during sale periods). Orders placed on weekends will be processed on Monday.
Here are our fees and estimated delivery time frame for our standard and express shipping.
Please note: Tracking may only be available 1-2 days after we have shipped.
All sales are final and opened items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in their original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn.
The following reasons do not warrant a refund:
- The colour isn't what was expected
- It looks too big or small in my eye
- I don't like the look of the lens
The lenses will look different from person to person. Please choose carefully before picking the items you wish to order.
Return of Unopened Items
Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 30 days of receiving the item.
In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.
Please note, that the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.
