All sales are final and opened items cannot be returned due for hygiene reasons.

Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene reasons all products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn.

The following reasons do not warrant a refund:
- The colour isn't what was expected
- It looks too big or small on my eye
- I don't like the look of the lens

The lenses will look different from person to person. Please choose carefully before picking the items you wish to order.

Return of Unopened Items

Items must be returned with seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items; you must return within 30 days of receiving the item.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item you must notify us in 7 days.

Simply email your order number, name, and reason for return to us at letschat@dimplecolor.com.

Please note, the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Items

If you believe you have received a defective product please contact us ASAP with the following details:

1. a LOT number of the defective lenses (shown on the label of the box)
2. a picture that shows the issue

After we check the defects and the process above, you may receive a replacement or a refund.

Irritation

If you experience irritation or discomfort when wearing the lenses, please remove and do not continue to wear them. Irritation could be caused by a number of issues:

  • Allergic reaction to the material or lens solution
  • A minor tear in the lens
  • Incorrect sizing for your eyes
  • A contamination in your lens storage solution
  • A contamination in the lens

If the irritation continues, please contact your eye care professional.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry—Dimple Color packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to letschat@dimplecolor.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
