When will my order ship?

Here’s how it works: you order, we verify your order, process, then we ship. Orders are picked and packed within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Your tracking link will be sent out once our shipping carrier has scanned the parcel, which is generally within 24 hours once the parcel has been shipped from our warehouse.

I'm having problems with the tracking.

Sorry about that! In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us as soon as you can via letschat@dimplecolor.com . We can give you the inside info.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email letschat@dimplecolor.com within 8 hours of placing the order. We do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses once the order has shipped so please review your delivery details carefully before placing an order.

Duties & Taxes Not Included

Customers are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes and any other fees which your local authority deems appropriate. Price of the goods on our site are not included these fees. These fees are paid to your local carriers or government and are not collected by Dimple Color, and thus cannot be refunded. We ship international packages on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning that all applicable fees(customs tax, import duties, VAT etc.) must be paid by the recipient in order to receive the parcel. Since we are unable to advise the amount of these fees might be, we recommend you to contact your country’s customs office.
Any refunds offered to unclaimed shipments will be net the cost of the return fee by the carrier.
